I’m not sure Punch Me’s would be an acceptable name for a toy today, but back in the 70’s it was a very popular toy.
Punch Me’s were inflatable toys that were weighted in the bottom (sand if I remember correctly) and you could punch them and knock them over and they would bounce right up and you could punch them again.
Endless hours of fun for a few dollars. I can’t find a lot of information about the product online but apparently it was around since the late 50’s or early 1960’s.
My brother had a Bozo The Clown Punch Me, but as was the case for many kids it didn’t last long until it got a leak and was no more.
I tried to find a commercial for Punch Me’s (if one exists) to post, but couldn’t locate any online. If anyone see’s one drop a link in the comments.
